Sunday Worship

Covid-19 Information

Due to the current Coronavirus/Covid-19 pandemic, Sunday services and mid-week activities at GLO Church are suspended until further notice.

3.30 to 5.00pm
Offerton Community Centre

Worship is the centre of all we do: living lives that show our love for Jesus, and gathering to praise and encounter his love each Sunday afternoon.

We do what any church does: sing songs, read the bible, pray, listen to a talk to inspire and encourage us in our faith, share a brew and biscuit, and discuss what we might be thinking.

During our gatherings we run Glo Kids for children in primary school, and Glo Creche for the youngest in our community.

We want our worship to make sense to people who are new to faith, we sit around tables and offer a friendly welcome to everyone.

Get Involved!

There are different teams which help Sundays run smoothly, and we ask everyone in Glo Church to help out where they can.

Set-Up Teams: we have four teams who help set up the community centre and pack everything away each week: moving chairs, serving drinks, washing up and tidying away. Contact a small group leader for more details.

Childrens Teams: if you have a heart for seeing children grow in their faith you can talk to Tim Geddes about joining the Glo Kids or Creche team. All childrens leaders are DBS checked.

We record most of our talks which you can listen to here.
